You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Please Note: Sale items are final sale.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact us at premierdigitalbusiness@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To ensure you obtain the desired item, return the current item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary by bank or credit card company.

Sale items are considered final sale. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted once production begins, as each box is uniquely crafted to the customer’s specifications.
